More than a Name

Saying everything you make is "made from scratch" is a bold claim. Is it even possible to live up to that standard? Well, at Scratch Bakery Cafe, we set the bar high — and we do it with a promise: We use only real ingredients, with nothing unnecessary added in. It's a tough standard, but it's one we fully believe in.

We promise to always be:

BE Real.

Our mission is to always be clean. In fact, that does not start and stop at ingredients; it also extends to the environment. We use all-natural, biodegradable cleaning products. We recycle and use as many sustainably produced ingredients as possible.

BE Authentic.

We treat everyone like family. We lift others up with our words and our food. Why? Because that's what Mom would do. She treats others with kindness while focusing on their well-being, always cooking with care, comfort, attention to detail, and love.

BE SCRATCH.

Food made from scratch is simply better — better tasting and better for your body. Not many are willing to go to such a level. But we are not like the others.
