Home Days on the Green: Four fun days in Broadview Heights
With the summer sun finally sharing some warmth with us, everyone seems to be smiling and enjoying the season. Residents will surely be coming together at Broadview Center this weekend to play games, listen to music and, of course, enjoy a delicious array of tasty foods.Broadview Heights will come alive with community spirit July 7-10 when “Home Days on the Green” takes over Broadview Center, 9654 Broadview Road.
The annual celebration of all things Broadview Heights is a fun-filled, action-packed weekend of events, entertainment and more. And after last year’s successful festivities, this year’s incarnation will be bigger and, in some cases, different.
The new layout of the Home Days event will include four distinct areas, all of which will bring out the special characteristics of Broadview Heights.
The midway will feature rides, food and carnival games provided by Big O Amusements. A new attraction, called “Orbit,” will spin riders around and take them up into the air. Following the great response to last year’s rides and games, this year’s event is sure to provide plenty of laughs and thrills.
