5-minute cake recipe actually does work
So, a week or so ago, I decided to make one for myself. Sure enough, you can actually make this thing in about five minutes or so. I say “or so,” because it took me a bit longer, but this was my first time. With a bit of practice, you should be able to do it in perhaps a bit less than five minutes.
The result? Not bad — certainly not the tastiest cake I've ever had, but considering it only takes five minutes instead of an hour or two to make, then it's pretty good.
It's kind of like a chocolate angel food cake, I guess (I'm no expert at this), but I used Bisquick instead of regular flour, so that may have skewed my results somewhat.
As Sharon pointed out in her note, it's better with a dab of vanilla ice cream on the top, but then MOST foods probably taste better that way, right?
